Privacy policy

Short version: we collect only what you send us, use it to reply to you, never sell it, and delete it when it's no longer needed. This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies.

1. Who we are

2. What we collect

• When you use the chat: your messages, and your name and email if you choose to share them.
• When you send the brief form: name, work email, company (if given) and the text you write.
• With every chat or form: the page you were on, your browser type and IP address — to fight spam and to know which page you wrote from.

We don't ask for sensitive data. Please don't put it in a chat or form.

3. Why we use it

• To reply to you and prepare what you asked for — a call, a plan, a proposal. Basis: steps you ask for before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries.
• To keep the site safe from spam and abuse. Basis: legitimate interest.

We don't sell personal data, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't make automated decisions about you.

4. Who else sees it

Only the people at Nexalto who need it to reply to you. These service providers help us run the site and process data on our behalf:

• Our hosting provider (servers in the European Union) — runs the site and stores chat and form data.
• Cloudflare — delivers and protects the site.
• Telegram — delivers new messages to our team instantly.
• Google Workspace — keeps our record of inquiries.

We may disclose data if the law requires it.

5. Where it's stored

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the European Union and the United States. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep it

Inquiries and chat: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together.

7. Local storage

The chat keeps a session identifier (nexalto_chat_session) in your browser's local storage so it can remember your conversation. It's needed for the chat to work. We set no analytics or advertising cookies.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, to stop using it, or to give you a copy. Write to hello@nexaltosystems.com — we reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your data protection authority.

9. Security

Data travels over HTTPS and is stored on access-controlled systems. Only the people who need it can see it. No system is perfectly secure; if something goes wrong that affects you, we'll tell you.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we update it here and change the date at the top. This site is not directed at children under 16.
